We have a nice fleet of mountain bikes for you to rent and ride through out enchanting forest. Maybe you’ll get to see one of our endangered and very shy mountain gorillas! At least we can guarantee you will see one of the world's   oldest ecosystems—the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is one of only a few that survived the ice age. You’ll see so many types of plants and birds, you’ll stop counting!

There are two trails to choose from, either with us or on your own:

Forest Trail: This trail will take you right through the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest from the park headquarters to River Ivi. This is where you’ll see the many incredible plants and animals of the forest. Average ride time is three hours.(READ MORE....)

Village Trail: This trail will take you through the Bwindi/Buhoma village following the village walk route for you to enjoy the culture of Bwindi people. Average ride time is one to two hours, depending on how many people you stop to chat with...

Bike Rental Location: Drop by the R4W bike stand at the Buhoma Community Rest Camp.

• $25 per day

Guided bike tours: Rates vary. Please inquire when you rent or reserve your bike.

Please either email or call us using the contact info above or fill out the form below. Be sure to include:

• the exact dates and times when you will need the bike;
• your prefered mountain bike size using: small, medium, large;
• if you need more than one, include this information for each bike you need;
• whether you would be interested in one of our tours.

We will use the contact information of the person who contacts us even for multiple bike rentals, so no need to list all the names of the people who need bikes.

All proceeds from the bike rentals and tours go towards the construction and operations of our Women’s Community Centre.
